Section 1: Shipping Policy

Important notice:
❗ We don’t take urgent orders. For order(s) within Malaysia, shipping usually takes 3–7 working days if there are no delays whereas for orders from Kuching to Singapore, shipping usually takes 7-10 working days if there are no delays. Please note that we do not provide refunds if the parcel does not arrive in time for your needs.❗
❗ IMPORTANT NOTICE: For Singapore order(s), parcel will only be dropped off to the courier service on every Monday.❗

Section 1(a): For Malaysia Customer(s)

Modano Boutique offers RM7.00 Flat Rate Shipping fee for product delivery within whole Malaysia (Penisular Malaysia, Labuan, Sabah and Sarawak).

Example:

Customer A purchases 1 dress RM99.00, add RM7.00 shipping fee = RM106.00

Customer B purchases 3 dresses RM99.00 + RM89.00 + RM119.00 = RM307.00, add RM7.00 shipping fee = RM314.00

*Note: The extra shipping fee will be paid by us.

Note: Shipping fee(s) are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.

Section 1(B): For Singapore Customer(s)

Modano Boutique offers RM68.00 Shipping fee for 1st piece and RM30.00 shipping fee for additional piece(s) from Kuching, Sarawak to Singapore.

Example:

Customer A purchases 1 dress RM99.00, add RM68.00 shipping fee = RM167.00

Customer B purchases 2 dresses RM99.00 + RM89.00 = RM188.00
add RM68.00 + RM30.00 shipping fee = RM286.00

Customer C purchases 3 dresses RM99.00 + RM89.00 + RM119.00 = RM307.00
add RM68.00 +RM30.00 + RM30.00 shipping fee = RM435.00

IMPORTANT NOTICE: For Singapore order(s), parcel will only be dropped off to the courier service on every Monday.

Section 2: Exchange Shipping Fee Policy

For exchanges, customers will need to bear the full delivery fee (Include shipping fee from customer to Modano Boutique and shipping fee from Modano Boutique to customer)

We are based in Kuching, Sarawak. When you make a purchase, for Malaysia customer(s) we only charge RM7 for delivery because we help cover RM10+/- of the actual delivery cost. However, for exchanges, we are unable to subsidize the shipping.

📦 Shipping fees for return/exchange:

• Kuching to West Malaysia: RM15.00 (For 1 piece), additional pieces RM10.00 each.

• Within Sarawak, Kuching to Sabah and Kuching to Labuan: RM8.00 (For 1 piece), additional pieces RM1.00 each.

Kuching to Singapore: Same as Section 1(B) RM68.00 Shipping fee for 1st piece and RM30.00 shipping fee for additional piece(s) from Kuching, Sarawak to Singapore; for Singapore to Kuching, customer(s) need to pay the shipping charge(s) or any fee(s) required.

Also, please note that exchange items can be shipped together with new purchases(if any):

For Within Malaysia: based on the above stated "Shipping fees for return/exchange".
For Kuching to Singapore: Same as Section 1(B) RM68.00 Shipping fee for 1st piece and RM30.00 shipping fee for additional piece(s) from Kuching, Sarawak to Singapore.
